The Spanish La Liga transfers page will only contain officially confirmed deals, be them purchases, loan deals or free transfers, meaning you can be sure that the deal that appears on this page is done and dusted. Now the Spanish La Liga title race is very close to begin and the transfers are almost done, with clubs having until the end of August to make up their (maximum) 25 man squads. We set out below those transfers which have come to our attention to date, although nothing can be considered fully definitive until the window finally closes. Many players are also returning after loans, and unless otherwise confirmed, we consider that they will probably be moving on again. . The Spanish La Liga 2012/13 season (known as the Liga BBVA for sponsorship reasons) will be the 82nd since its establishment. The campaign will begin on 18 August 2012, and will end on 1 June 2013.Real Madrid will be the reigning champions after winning the 2011/12 La Liga campaign. As in the previous years, Nike will provide the official ball for all matches of Spanish La Liga, with a new Nike Maxim Spanish La Liga model to be used throughout the season for all matches.

This is a list of Spanish La Liga transfers for the summer sale in 2012/13 season. Only moves from Spanish La Liga and Segunda División(second division) are listed.
The summer transfer window opened on 1 July 2012, although a few transfers may take place prior to that date. The window will close at midnight on 31 August 2012. Players without a club can join one at any time, either during or in between transfers window. Clubs below Spanish La Liga level can also sign players on loan at any time. If need be, clubs can sign a goalkeeper on an emergency loan, if all others are unavailable. (13.07.12)
